Our Policies


A deposit of 50% will be required to secure appointments for any services booked at the salon or online, the deposit will be taken at the time of booking. The booking will not be confirmed until payment has been received. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you give the salon at least “48 hours” notice that you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment.


New clients requiring colour treatments or services must book a mandatory consultation to discuss their requirements and perform a skin allergy test. Consultation must be booked 48hrs prior to any service or treatment, consultations take approx 15 minutes. You'll find consultations in the booking system under "Colouring".


We politely request that you notify the salon at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid loosing your deposit payment. Failure to cancel your appointment within 48 hours or not attending your appointment on the day, will mean we "Main Hair Gallery Ltd" reserve the right to retain your deposit or charge for 50% of the appointment value.
